Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for using Magic Photo Detective. Our service provides digital processing and downloadable content. Because products are digital and delivered instantly upon successful payment/processing, traditional returns do not apply. This policy describes when refunds may be offered.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error.
  • Accidental purchases made without downloading/using any credits.
  • Confirmed payment but service not delivered due to a system fault we control.

Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with subjective results (e.g., no face matches found) where the system operated correctly, or when credits have been consumed and downloads were completed.

How to Request a Refund

Please contact us within 7 days of the transaction with your order ID, payment method, and a brief description. Email: support@magicphotodetective.online

Cancellations

You may cancel an ongoing processing task if still pending. Used credits for completed processing cannot be restored. Subscription (if offered) cancellations will stop future renewals but do not refund past periods.

Processing of Approved Refunds

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by provider (typically 5–10 business days).
